It is Difficult to Provide Quality Services in Injury Management

Health Professionals are often under pressure to provide quality with limited resources due to:

  • Private clients sometimes having limited funds and low reimbursement with Medicare
  • Limited approval for necessary treatment services
  • Inability to charge fully for the time taken eg travel if necessary or a long case conference
  • The high costs of running a business such as Professional Indemity Insurane, rent, admin costs etc.
  • High cost of initial study and sometimes low entry wages/income
  • Agents/Insurers not always valuing the services

Do you find your services can be compromised and what strategies can you share on how you manage this issue?
